I’m SAJ, (pronounced Saje)the creator behind The SAJ Collectives (formerly Northside Let’s Eat).
Food has been my language since I was a kid, but my new adventure is all about bringing you a total experience. Whether it’s the snap of our gourmet popcorn, the “pop” of our fresh-sealed pudding cans, or a custom craft made just for you—everything here is made with love and a little bit of magic.
I’m so grateful to everyone who supported Northside Let’s Eat. The SAJ Collectives is going to take things to a whole new level.
